We read everything. Corrections get priority.
What to write about
- A link has moved or broken. Tell us which page and which link. This is the most useful message you can send.
- A fee or deadline in a guide is out of date. Include the official page that shows the current position if you have it.
- A site is impersonating a government service. Send the URL. We will not link it, and we will add a warning where relevant.
- An advertisement on this site looks fraudulent. Send a screenshot. We block advertisers who impersonate government services.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent directory, not a government office. We cannot check your application status, chase a department, retrieve your Aadhaar or PAN, recover money lost to fraud, or influence any decision made about you. For those, use the official channel:
- Cyber and financial fraud — call 1930, and file at cybercrime.gov.in.
- A complaint against a central government department — pgportal.gov.in.
- Aadhaar help — UIDAI on 1947.
- Consumer complaints — 1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
Please never email us your Aadhaar number, PAN, bank details, passwords or OTPs. We have no use for them, and no legitimate organisation will ask you for an OTP.
